Nancy joined Dickson Realty in 1990 and in 2005 she partnered with her son C.J. establishing the Risley Team. Combined they now have 40+ years of Real Estate experience. Nancy's Real Estate and business background teamed with C.J.'s customer service and PGA background form a powerful Real Estate team. Nancy has the following accreditations, CRS, GRI, ABR, REO Certified. Nancy has successfully sold 10's of million dollars of homes on her own. Prior to her Real Estate career, Nancy owned and operated a very successful and popular retail clothing store. C.J. brings an extensive customer service background as well as being a top expert in distressed properties having completed more than 150 short sales in the last 10 years. C.J.’s Real Estate accreditations include, CDPE, HAFA Specialist, LeadingRE Relocation Specialist. He also maintains his PGA membership and is still active in the golf community.
